How do I create an account?

• Click the Login button at the top right of the Specialty Food Shop website.  
• Click on “Create a New Account” in the “New Customers” section. 
• Fill in the “Account & Contact Information” section.
• If your billing information is the same as your account information, click on the “Same as account info above” box. 
• If your shipping information is the same as your billing information, click on the “Same as billing info” button. You do not need to fill this information out again. 
• If your billing or shipping information is different than your account information, please fill in the correct information.
• One you are finished filling in your information, click on the “Create Account” button and begin shopping.

If you do not wish to use your credit card online, please call 1-800-737-7976 to place your order by phone. A professionally trained Nutrition Associate will be happy to assist you.

How do I return to my account?

• Click the Login button at the top right of the Specialty Food Shop website. 
• Enter your e-mail address and password in the appropriate fields in the login box.

How do I get a new password?

• Click the Login button at the top right of the Specialty Food Shop website to access the login page. 
• Scroll to the bottom of the page to the “Forgot Your Password?” section.
• Enter your e-mail address and click the “Request A New Password” button. 
• The password you receive over e-mail is a ONE TIME USE ONLY password. You may use it once and must immediately change it when you login with it next time. Your old password cannot be recovered in the system.

How do I edit my account details?

If your account information, billing or shipping information has changed:

• Click the Login button at the top right of the Specialty Food Shop website. 
• Enter your e-mail address and password.
• Once you are logged in, click on “My Account” at the top of the page.  You will be directed to your personal information where you can make any necessary changes.
• When you have completed your changes, click on “Update Account” and you will receive confirmation that the changes have been made.  

How do I view my order history?

To view a history of your past orders:

• Click the Login button at the top right of the Specialty Food Shop website. 
• Enter your e-mail address and password.
• Once you are logged in, click on “My Account” at the top of the page.
• In order to view past orders, click on “View Your Order/Billing History.”

How do I log out?  

• Click on Logout at the top right hand corner of the website.
• Close the browser.
