Once you have selected the product(s) you wish to purchase:
- Click on “Shopping Cart” and review your order.
- Enter any special instructions or notes about your order in the “Order Notes” box. Click on "Update Cart."
- For Metabolic and Cystic Fibrosis Customers: Please include the patient's name and date of birth in the “Order Notes” box. Click on "Update Cart."
- Click on the “Checkout Now” button.
- If you have not logged in yet, you will be prompted to do so.
- Click on the Shipping Method found on the “Shipping Options” page.
- Click on the “Continue” button to finalize your order.
See “Shipping Rates” for more information about shipping.
The total amount of your purchase will now appear including taxes and shipping.
- Enter your credit card number, verification code, card type and expiration date.
- Click on “Continue Checkout.” The Specialty Food Shop accepts Visa, AMEX and MasterCard** online.
**Unfortunately, we cannot accept PC MasterCards. PC is unable to function successfully with our software.
Order Confirmation
- Please review your order, billing and shipping address and payment method before confirming your order.
- Changes can be made to your order up until this web page. Once you click on “Place Order,” you will no longer be able to make changes.
Order Completed
- Once your order has been completed, you can print out an official receipt for your records. An e-mail will also be sent to you with your order information.
- Receipts are stored within your account. Click on “My Account,” then “View Your Order/Billing History” to click and print past receipts for your records.
