Damaged Package: If an item in your order is damaged, refuse the parcel and it will be returned to us. Upon arrival of the parcel we will reship your order at no additional charge.
If you have already accepted the order, call 1-800-737-7976 to speak to a Nutrition Associate and we will address your concerns.
Incomplete Order: If an item is out of stock, you will have to reorder it. We do not fulfill backorders except for metabolic formula and low protein frozen goods. All other items need to be reordered. Items that are shipped for back orders are shipped without cost.
- American Customers: Unfortunately, we do not ship products to the United States due to border restrictions.
