Frozen products
Customers who order products that require freezing will have them arrive in a cooler containing dry ice. This shipment method ensures the integrity of your frozen goods. The cost for shipping of frozen goods will be $10 per cooler.
- If your order only requires 1 cooler, your credit card will only be charged $10.00. - If you require 2 coolers, your credit card will be charged $20.00.
By selecting a cooler as an item, you are authorizing the Specialty Food Shop to charge your credit card up to $20.00 to cover the cost of the cooler(s) and dry ice.
1. Click on "Shop Online" to place your order. 2. Find the frozen item(s) you wish to order and click on the picture of the product to open up a longer description page. 3. At the bottom of the description you will need to select ONE cooler in order to complete your frozen order.
Note: Only one cooler item needs to be selected per frozen goods order.
Please place large orders two weeks before you require your products to ensure ample time for shipping and delivery.
If you cannot be home to sign for frozen goods deliveries, we suggest that you indicate, "No signature required" on frozen product orders to prevent them from being sent to a depot for pick up and becoming thawed.
Please make sure to read the handling information regarding dry ice carefully. It is important that you handle and dispose of the dry ice as instructed. Coolers can be recyled in your BLUE BIN in teh GTA. Those outside of the GTA should contact your local municipality for information on recycling styrofoam.
