Simple Guide: Ordering Medical Supplies from the Specialty Food Shop Website
How to Place an Order Online
1. Log In
Visit Specialty Food Shop and sign in with your username and pin, Shopify Shop account or create an account.
2. Find Your Product
Search by product name, manufacturer reference number, item number, or re-order number. You can also browse by category.
3. Select & Confirm
Open the product page and confirm the item and manufacturer reference number are correct. For additional product information, click the manufacturer's link in the product description.
4. Enter Quantity
Enter the quantity required and verify pack sizes and units.
5. Add to Cart
Click Add to Cart and continue shopping if needed.
6. Review Your Order
Check all items, quantities, product codes, and pricing in your cart. As all Medical Supplies are FINAL SALE. Add the patient's name in the Notes section at checkout if you require the invoice to be issued in the patient's name rather than the purchaser's name.
7. Checkout
Confirm your delivery information and submit your order.
8. Save Your Confirmation
Record the confirmation number and save or print the confirmation page for your records.
