Description: This symposium explores the journey of the tube-fed child and their family from insertion, to after care, from home and community life to tube weaning and transition to adult care. At each stage of the journey, symposium participants will learn from tube experts about clinical aspects of care and hear from tube-fed patients and families about their lived experience. The symposium aims to foster understanding of the medical and personal dimension of tube feeding and build community between the tube fed child and family, and clinicians who care for them. (See below for symposium schedule)
