  • This essential amino acid module is an unflavoured powdered mixture of essential amino acids, including cystine and histidine.
  • For use when a complete amino acid module is not suitable.
  • Fat and carbohydrate-free.
  • For use by prescription from your doctor.
  • Not intended as the sole source of nutrition.
  • The recommended dosage is dependent on the age, body weight and medical condition of the patient.
  • Powdered module to be reconstituted with water according to manufacturer's or dietitian's suggestions.
  • Mix the prescribed amount of powder to a paste with cold water and then make up to the required volume.
  • Work with your metabolic clinician to determine the daily protein intake (number of grams) you will use per day. Always use as directed by your physician or dietitian.
